Smoked Ribbed Glass Pendant Light with Gilt Fitting

£165.00
£165.00

A slim pendant light with a vertically ribbed smoked glass shade and brushed gilt metal fittings. At 49cm high and 15cm wide, its narrow cylindrical shape works particularly well above a kitchen island, dining table or in a hallway where you want a little atmosphere without a bulky fitting.

The ribbed glass gives the shade texture and catches the light beautifully, while the smoky tint softens the glow from the bulb. The warm gilt fitting adds a subtle contrast to the darker glass and works especially well with brass, aged metal, natural wood and darker interiors.

Hang one on its own for a simple look, or use several together above a kitchen island or dining table. Its long adjustable drop also makes it useful in rooms with higher ceilings.

Requires 1x E27 Edison screw bulb.

Bulbs are not included with this product. Should you wish to purchase bulbs with your delivery, please choose from the selection we recommend.

See It · Feel It · Style It

Look & Feel
This pendant combines modern minimalism with subtle industrial character. The vertically ribbed smoked glass shade diffuses light while creating striking linear reflections, giving the fixture depth and texture.

Style Ideas For You
Use a single pendant in a hallway or over a small table, or hang several in a row above a kitchen island or dining table. It works particularly well with dark wood, natural materials, brass and contemporary interiors.

In Detail

What style of interior does this smoked glass pendant suit?
The combination of ribbed smoked glass and warm gilt metal works particularly well in contemporary, industrial and modern-classic interiors. It also pairs beautifully with dark wood, brass, natural materials and darker colour schemes.

Can I use this pendant above a kitchen island?
Yes. Its slim 15cm width makes it particularly suitable for hanging individually or in multiples above a kitchen island, where several can create a balanced row of light.

How large is the pendant and how long is the drop?
The glass shade measures 49cm high and 15cm wide, with a maximum overall drop of 188cm. This makes it suitable for both standard and higher ceilings, subject to installation requirements.

What does the ribbed smoked glass do to the light?
The vertical ribbing adds texture and creates linear reflections through the glass, while the smoked finish softens the light and gives it a warmer, more atmospheric feel.

Very good.

Very pleased with our outdoor lantern. We live in a house which was once the Globe Inn, and had a very similar lantern outside. It now looks like it did many years ago.
