Online and Telephone Orders

Customers are encouraged to view our full range of products online and to place orders on our website or over the phone. 

Depending on the product item and your postcode, some items may require a few more days than usual to get delivery to you.  If you require an item urgently, please get in touch to see what we can arrange for you.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are operating as normal in our UK workshops, so please do email us with your requirements for us so that we can provide our usual advice and quotations.   

Delivery Protocols

We have a one-driver policy and larger and more fragile items are pre-booked in advance with you.   We use drivers and overnight networks we know and trust to deliver our goods safely and respectfully.  Please let us know if you would like items to be carried up any stairs or installed in particular rooms.  Additional charges may apply for a white glove service for goods to be assembled in room of choice and disposal of packaging.

Opening hours

We are open 24/7 online, and our Chiswick store is open every day 10.30am to 6.30pm and 11am to 5pm on Sundays and bank holidays. 

We are open for business to answer your calls 7 days a week and provide our free personalized interior advice, product sourcing and interior inspiration where ever you are.   Do feel free to send in images of your homes and your design dilemmas and we will gladly work with you to help solve them. 

Whether by phone, email or via one of many video apps, we'll gladly work with what you are most comfortable with, from wherever you are in the world.
