Refunds
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email us with your order number reference and feedback why you wish to return or exchange.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of your written notice for return. Items must be returned unused and in it's original packaging. If you are returning the items using your own carrier, please ensure it is well packed and insured for its full value. Liability for goods in transit rests with you until the item is received and checked by us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The cost of a return collection will vary according to your location and whether the product purchased is a furniture item requiring a specialist transport service or a parcel service.
Once a quote is accepted, the cost of our collection service will be deducted from your refund.
Third party carriage collection is charged at £45 per parcel measuring 60x60x60cm maximum weighing up to 30kg.
Large, fragile or furniture items are charged from £65 upwards per item depending on your location and the item purchased. Please contact us for more information should you wish us to organise your collection.
* Exceptions apply for Trade Account Customers (please see our Trade Terms and Conditions).
* Special order and/or items returned may incur a 50% restocking fee. Special Order is defined as any product which has been ‘specified’ by an FFE specialist, trade or production company.
* Refunds are paid in Pound Sterling. Decorexi Ltd. cannot be responsible for any fluctuation in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would advise our customers to consider this before making any overseas orders.
* Bespoke or made to measure items are not refundable or returnable. Please check your dimensions and specifications are correct before production commences.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging before a refund can be given. If you are sending your item back with your own nominated carrier, please ensure you have full insurance to cover any potential damage in transit and send it via recorded means for your own protection. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Products on Special Order (Defined as "goods ordered from one of our partner manufacturers or distributed from a partner warehouse and/or distribution center") are non returnable. In the rare case that Decorexi Ltd agree to have an item returned to the Chiswick store, a 50% restocking fee may apply. This is applicable to items that may have been incorrectly specified by FFE specialists, designers, stylists or production companies. Such companies must have the express permission in writing from Decorexi Ltd before any credit can be agreed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
