We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Solo.  We do not accept American Express.

 

Returns & refunds:

Decorexi is committed to supplying good quality products and we hope that you will always be happy with your purchase.   We recognise however that there may be times when the product purchased may not be quite right for you.  Should this be the case, we are happy to refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, the product is unused and in it's original packaging.  Please note that exclusions apply. 

Returned items must be received by us within 28 days of purchase of the items.

We will exchange or refund items if they are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please wrap items very securely and use registered delivery for your own protection. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.  Please contact us if you would like us to assist in collecting and returning your purchase.  The cost of collecting and returning your cancelled product will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type. For your protection, in store refunds to credit or debit cards will only be processed if the cardholder is present.  Please enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your return item. 

Refunds are paid in Pound Sterling. Decorexi Ltd cannot be responsible for any fluctuation in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would advise our customers to consider this before making any overseas orders. 

 

Which items are excluded from Decorexi's Returns & Cancellation Policy?

Unless your product is faulty, damaged, or is not to your confirmed specification, bespoke or custom made to order items cannot be refunded once production has commenced. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange/refund pierced items. 

Orders sourced and placed on behalf of customers on special request beyond the online remit of Decorexi cannot be refunded/cancelled once the order has been placed with any respective third party.

 

What do I do if I wish to cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within 14 days after delivery of the goods.  Unless the items are faulty, damaged or not to your confirmed specification, bespoke and custom made orders are excluded from this policy.  If you wish to return the items, please follow our returns procedure above.

 

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged or faulty?

Should you be in receipt of any damaged or faulty Decorexi product, please contact us in writing by email or post explaining what the problem is.  If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or is faulty, or is otherwise not in accordance with our contract with you, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item.  We will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is faulty or damaged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
