Can you deliver items fully assembled to a room of choice?
Yes. Where possible, we pre-assemble items prior to delivery and deliver to room of choice if you are local. Extra services can be quoted for if you are further afield.
What if i change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your order once delivered, you have 14 days to return the item back to us. Please email us your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, in it's original packaging, insured with proof of postage. Responsibility for it's safe return rests with you until received by us.
Can you arrange the return for us?
Yes. We deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
