Light Bulbs - The Right Fit, the Right Glow
A light bulb doesn't have to hide behind a shade. LED filament, with a warm amber glow and a visible filament that's as much the decoration as the fixture around it. At the larger end, giant filament bulbs up to 33cm are made to stand on their own, in an exposed-bulb pendant, a bare fitting, or any fixture without a shade, where the bulb itself becomes the room's focal point.
Whichever style you prefer choose the right cap type - E27, B22, E14 or G9 - to ensure the perfect fit, and explore dimmable and warm-white bulbs to create the ambience you want. Thoughtfully selected to complement any style of lighting, these bulbs help your fixtures look and perform at their best.
Choosing the right style starts with the room. A cluster of pendants or a single sculptural glass pendant works well above a kitchen island or dining table, hung roughly 70–80cm above the surface to keep sightlines clear. In hallways and rooms with low ceilings, flush and semi-flush ceiling lights sit close to the ceiling without losing presence, while a crystal or glass chandelier makes the most of a high-ceilinged living room, stairwell or entrance. Metal pendants and linear lighting suit kitchens and open-plan spaces, and lantern-style fittings bring a softer, more traditional look to hallways and dining rooms.
