Definition of 'Trade Customer' |
Please Note: To qualify as a Trade Customer, you must be purchasing goods for resale purposes. New Trade Customers must provide proof of trading status by means of a company letterhead, VAT and company registration number. Details of two trade referees are also required. Interior designers and architects may not necessarily meet our Trade Customer requirements; please contact us for further clarification. |
Ordering |
In order to register as trade with us, first orders placed must reach a minimum of £1000 plus VAT. Thereafter, we operate a minimum trade purchase of £250 net per order policy and apply carriage costs depending on UK or worldwide destination. Please inform us if you have a designated shipping company you prefer to use. Invoices are issued to your registered trade address as our contract will be with you and not your client. We can however, deliver directly to your client if you wish. Goods are allocated upon payment of cleared proforma. |
Delivery |
Drivers cannot leave vehicles unattended, so please do not expect them to take items directly upstairs or into your basement, etc. We provide a door-to-door service only. Any special requests must be pre-booked and pre-arranged, and may be subject to extra charges. Unfortunately it is not possible to state an exact delivery time as all our vehicles operate a multi-drop facility. |
Payment |
We do not operate a credit facility. All items must be paid for on collection or before delivery. Payment can be made by business cheque, cash, debit or credit card. Please make cheques payable to Decorexi Ltd. All items remain the property of Decorexi Ltd. until paid in full. |
Returns and Refunds |
Damages and breakages must be notified to us in writing within three days of delivery. Please send in your complaint by email accompanied with photo evidence. A credit note will be issued once goods are returned to us in their original packaging within seven days. If items are returned because they have been incorrectly specified, or your client has changed their mind, or where the item does not fit or suit the space required, a restocking fee of 50% is charged and deducted from the credit note issued. Unless faulty, special order and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure your specification is accurate before production commences. |
