Can you deliver items fully assembled to a room of choice?

Yes.  Where possible, we pre-assemble items prior to delivery and deliver to room of choice if you are local.  Extra services can be quoted for if you are further afield.

What if I change my mind?

If you wish to cancel your order once delivered, you have 14 days from date of delivery to notify us.   Please email us your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, in it's original packaging and insured with proof of postage.  Responsibility for it's safe return rests with you until received by us.  Please return within 14 days of your notification.

Can you arrange the return for us?

Yes.  We can organise for a trusted carrier to collect.  We deduct the cost of collection from your refund. 

Small Parcel Collection start from £45 per parcel 

Dedicated Van Collections start from £65 per item.

NB: Clearance & Custom Made Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
