Decorative Rectangular Wall Mirror

£265.00
£265.00

A tall rectangular mirror with an antiqued botanical design, featuring delicate branches, leaves, blossoms, birds and butterflies across its surface. The soft neutral tones give the painted scene the appearance of an aged botanical artwork, while the slender gilt frame adds a warm, refined finish.

More decorative than a traditional clear mirror, this piece brings artwork and reflection together in one distinctive design. Its tall, narrow proportions make it particularly versatile for hallways, living rooms, dining rooms and other spaces where a full-height vertical accent works well.

Look & Feel

The delicately painted design has the appearance of an aged botanical mural, with muted cream, taupe, olive and sepia tones lending it a softly weathered character. Its warm gilt frame provides a refined contrast while defining the tall, narrow silhouette.

Style Ideas For You

Display this rectangular painted mirror vertically above a slim console table or position a matching pair side by side to create greater impact in a hallway, living room or dining room. Its narrow proportions also make it well suited to alcoves, spaces between windows or either side of a fireplace. Pair it with antique brass, warm wood, linen upholstery and softly patterned fabrics for a layered country-house look.

In Detail

- This is primarily a decorative painted mirror, featuring an antiqued botanical design across its surface rather than a completely clear reflection.

- A matching pair looks particularly effective above a long console table or arranged symmetrically in a hallway or living room.

- It works beautifully in country-house, traditional, Chinoiserie-inspired and classic-contemporary interiors.

Materials & Care

Very pleased with our outdoor lantern. We live in a house which was once the Globe Inn, and had a very similar lantern outside. It now looks like it did many years ago.
