APRIL 2021 - COVID & BREXIT UPDATE
Customs tariffs & duties are now applicable on all goods leaving the UK. While it is not impossible, it is undoubtedly much more difficult and costly to ship out to any European Union country. We are working with a handful of trusted and established shippers who can handle the new Customs & Tariffs procedures, to ensure you receive your item safely abroad. Please contact us with your inquiry and we will work with you to get accurate shipping costs.
Meanwhile, the UK continues to be impacted by disruption and delays at ports and British imported goods are suffering from high shipping costs which we continue to absorb in the hope that negative impacts will improve over time.
We are in continuous communication with all our manufacturers to ensure that we have the most up to date information possible. We advise customers to proceed to purchase for any items you love in order to guarantee getting it this year. For items currently out of stock and visible on our website, this means items are either still in production or in the process of shipping. If you go ahead and Click to Purchase, you will be guaranteed to receive your home ware product.
Thankfully, goods are entering our warehouse every week but please be aware that deliveries may take longer than usual and expected arrival times are subject to fluctuations as we respond to external events beyond our control. If your item is required urgently, please do contact us and we will be happy to assist. Items currently in our well stocked UK warehouses and in our Chiswick store are being successfully delivered within 7-14 days.

Chiswick Store Doors Open to Visitors
Our Chiswick store is open for between 10.30am and 6.30pm everyday including Sundays. Please wear your masks and sanitise hands before collecting your goods at the door. Customers are still encouraged to view our full range of products online and to place orders on our website or over the phone where you can.
We work closely with all our partners to ensure that all staff and delivery channels can operate and deliver in a safe manner in line with Public Health England regulations.
Partner warehouses have been fully reorganized to ensure safe working practice. This means staff are working on rotation on different days with strict social distancing in place. As such, some items may require a few more days than usual to get delivery to you depending on the product item and your postcode.
Please contact us for the latest update on delivery times and stock availability. If you require an item urgently, please get in touch to see what we can do for you. The majority of our deliveries are successfully delivered within a 7-14 day period if the item is in our UK warehouse.
Bespoke and made-to-order items are operating as normal in our UK workshops, so please do email us with your requirements for us so that we can provide our usual advice and quotations.
We have a one-driver policy and larger and more fragile items are pre-booked in advance with you. Goods will be left outside or in a designated safe place of your choice and the driver will call you to confirm he has done this from the safety of his vehicle or from a safe distance. At all times, drivers will be maintaining strict social distancing and sanitizing procedures according to Public Health England and government guidelines so please do not ask them to place items inside your homes.
