Chiswick Store Open – Two Person Policy – Please Social Distance
We are open for store visits limited to two people at any one time, and request that customers adhere to distancing guidelines wherever possible. Please wait outside if you see two customers in the store before you. To avoid queuing, please call ahead so we can give you a timed slot to view in store. Visitors are welcome to use the hand sanitisers and/or bacterial wipes provided at the entrance on arrival and exit.
To reduce time spent inside the store, customers can view all products in our section online called "In the Chiswick Store". Here you can view items on display that are immediately available for fast delivery. It also lists items that have been reduced. Click & Collect to get the best bargains and check in regularly as new items are frequently added.

Customers are encouraged to view our full range of products online and to place orders on our website or over the phone.
We work closely with all our partners to ensure that all staff and delivery channels can operate and deliver in a safe manner in line with Public Health England regulations.
Partner warehouses have been fully reorganized to ensure safe working practice. This means staff are working on rotation on different days with strict social distancing in place. As such, some items may require a few more days than usual to get delivery to you depending on the product item and your postcode.
Please contact us for the latest update on delivery times and stock availability. If you require an item urgently, please get in touch to see what we can do for you. The majority of our deliveries are successfully delivered within a 7-14 day period.
Bespoke and made-to-order items are operating as normal in our UK workshops, so please do email us with your requirements for us so that we can provide our usual advice and quotations.
We have a one-driver policy and larger and more fragile items are pre-booked in advance with you. Goods will be left outside or in a designated safe place of your choice and the driver will call you to confirm he has done this from the safety of his vehicle or from a safe distance. At all times, drivers will be maintaining strict social distancing and sanitizing procedures according to Public Health England and government guidelines so please do not ask them to place items inside your homes.

We are open 24/7 online, and our Chiswick store is open everyday between 10.30am and 6.30pm. Customers may continue to make appointments to avoid waiting.
